A flavorful, healthy soup…

Recipe
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 1/2 cups chopped button mushrooms
1/8 cup chopped white onion
2 cups water
2 Mushroom cubes (or vegetable cubes)
1 tbsp egan Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
1/2 tsp dried thyme
3 tbsp vegan mayo
1 tsp maple syrup or agave
3 tbsp vegan parmesan cheese
Pour oil into a medium sized pot over medium low heat and add mushrooms and onions until sauteed. Add flavor cubes, Worchester Sauce, Herbes de Provence and thyme and continue cooking over medium low heat about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk in mayo and agave or maple syrup. Pour into bowls and top with vegan parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
