Tried eating Kale as a salad. Hated it! (Not saying we won’t try it again) We still had a half container of leftover kale, so I came up with this recipe.
(Real Food, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian)

- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- sesame seeds (for garnish)
In medium sized pot, saute onions in coconut oil for about a minute or 2. Add garlic and continue cooking on low for half a minute. Add kale, cover and let sit 1 or 2 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat, add rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil and stir. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
