I made this ranch/dill dip because I LOVE the flavor of creamy ranch and dill but the calories are so dang high on a regular dressing… like 73 calories for a tablespoon! Not to mention the unhealthy fat.
Mine, however (pictured above) is about 18 calories for a tablespoon! With a main ingredient of cottage cheese, this dip is a winner. Tasty, creamy, low cal… everything we all want isn’t it?
Recipe
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp of xylitol (or honey or your preferred sweetener)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp milk Place ingredients in a bowl and use hand blender to blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite veggies.
