Recipe

Pizza Dough (I used store bought)

2-3 tbsp Avocado or Olive Oil

2 clove garlic (minced)

2 tbsp vegan blue cheese

1 tbsp pine nuts

3 tbsp roughly grated parmiagano reggiano cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheight.   Grease a large cookie sheet and spread dough out over pan.  Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes until cooked.  Remove from oven.  Spread minced garlic and gorgonzola cheese over entire crust.  Spread oil and pine nuts and  return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes until you can smell the wonderful garlic and the parmiagano reggioano cheese is pretty much melted.  Cut into slices and serve immediately.

The photo below was taken after the dough was cooked, just after the toppings were added.
