I was so excited to find Nature’s Charm products in my local bulk foods store. The sweetened condensed coconut milk is the best thing to create yummy vegan recipes. I also love the condensed coconut milk, which I used to make some awesome sweet and savory dishes and will be posting more of each of these soon.
Since it’s Christmas, I thought it appropriate to make up a nice Irish Cream recipe and this one is certain to impress all of your guests! Nice over ice and in coffee, or even poured over desserts or ice cream, this creamy smooth drink should be the vegan go-to recipe for Irish Cream Vegans everywhere.

This recipe uses instant coffee and cocoa. Since they don’t mix well in cold ingredients, I heated some of the cashew milk over the stove to make blending easier. The photo on the left shows the mixture cold, and the one of the right shows the mixture heated and nicely blended.
Serve it over ice, or in a nice strong coffee for dessert with Silken Chocolate Vegan Cheesecake.
1 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk (divided – see below)
3/4 cup Irish Whiskey
1 250 ml can of Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee
Pour 1 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk, Irish Whiskey, Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla into a drink pitcher and whisk til smooth.
Pour 1/4 cup of the cashew milk into a small pot with the cocoa and instant coffee. Then, pour this mix into your drink picture and whisk thoroughly.
You can use it right away. Store in the fridge. Lasts about 10 days in the fridge and you may need to stir after a few days of sitting.
